Inclusive AI Program

Compliance with Gender Equality and Diversity (CGED)


The challenge for a homogenous industry is that products and processes easily become biased or discriminatory. Considering diversity brings the possibility of responding to complex challenges, greater profit, and the contribution to a more just workplace and society.


Inclusive AI is a certified training program towards an equal, safe, and secure AI industry, 6 online sessions over 4 months.

This program has a multi-disciplinary approach and is a perfect opportunity for project managers and leaders working in organizations developing or using AI. You experience training combining lectures and interactive exercises in a fun and interesting way. 

At the end of the program, all participants who complete the assignments successfully will receive the AICenter's certificate: Compliance with Gender Equality and Diversity (CGED). The certification is digitally verifiable and globally recognizable and the certification link can be added to the graduates’ LinkedIn profiles.

Throughout the program, participants will work with their own chosen case connected to their specific organizational challenges. The analysis, strategy, and applicable plan for implementation serve as the certification assignment.

  • Have an applicable action plan based on strategic plans towards inclusive leadership.
  • Enhance inclusive communication to empower people, teams, and organizational culture.
  • Understand legal aspects as well as relational aspects of diversity.
  • Bring diversity to product development processes in a homogenous industry.

Duration

The program is designed to provide 6 online sessions over 4 months.

Liselott Vahermägi from LEDA20

Liselott is the CEO of the LEDA20 AB company in Sweden. She is an experienced leader and JGL certified trainer- Jämställdhet Genus Ledarskap (Inclusive leadership), and former City Council of Nynäshamn.

Kajsa Svensson from InterAct AB

Kajsa is the CEO of InterAct AB in Sweden. She is a diversity trainer and lecturer at the University of Gothenburg.

Emma Gunterberg Sachs from West Pride

Emma is the General Manager of the West Pride, a  non-profit association that organizes an annual Pride Festival in Gothenburg, Sweden and educates schools, companies and organizations in diversity and LGBTQI-issues all year round.

Kish is an award-winning Diversity & Inclusion Advocate and member of the Tech committee of the AICenter.

Hani Vahabi

Hani is an Advisory board member of IDAIO - International Diversity AI Observatory in Geneva and the Managing Director of the AICenter Sweden.
